It all started in 1948 in Portland, Oregon.

The Lippman Company opened its doors, primarily as a carnival supply store. Sixty years later, the store has grown into Portland’s largest and most diverse party store, as well as the largest balloon distributor in the Pacific Northwest! It is third generation owned and operated, completely dedicated to the local retail and business community.

Walking into the store is walking into possibilities! The 12,000 sq. ft. store is bursting with an array of unique merchandise - from whimsical novelties to traditional basics. The goal is to give you a wide selection of interesting party supplies while providing you with top customer service. The staff is creative, patient, and quite fun. If you need ideas, they have them!
